Shipping policy

Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

We want your new home decor pieces to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect once you place your order.

Free Standard Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required — every order ships on us.

1. Order Processing (1 Business Day)
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Riverside, California. We work hard to get orders out within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, transit times are as follows:

 Region Estimated Transit Time
California & West Coast 2–4 business days
Mountain & Midwest 4–6 business days
East Coast & Southeast 5–8 business days


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in those situations.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states) only. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to:

Alaska and Hawaii
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
International destinations

We are actively working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will make it right. Be sure to include:

-Your order number
-Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
-A brief description of the issue


We will work with you to arrange a replacement or other resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.
